Work continues on my first mod for Bethesda game. I must admit that I’ve always been rather curious about it since back in the day when I first encountered Morrowind and stared in bewilderment at the editor. It’s kind of amusing to think that I was modding for games that were much more complicated to map/script for, but the editor for Morrowind scared me. I guess it just seemed incredibly daunting at the time.

Anyway, my first mod is coming along. Every time I go back to working on the script it seems to get larger and larger in scope. I get the feeling that I’m going to need to create a few smaller mods first before I’m going to have a prayer at pulling this one off. I’m still in the process of fleshing out the characters, but there is a lot going on in the background of this one. My hope is that the mod doesn’t end up with Iceberg Syndrome. I don’t want 90% to never be visible to the audience. So, I’m going to be doing everything in my power to ensure that all of this good stuff makes it to the screen.

I think I’ve decided on a name for it as well, so I’ll be posting some more info on it later. Maybe a banner and a blurb or something…
